Who proposed the magnesium recycling society?

Recently, some organizations claiming to be a magnesium recycling society can be found here and there. As you can see at the top of our company, this was proposed by Professor Yabe of Tokyo Institute of Technology in 2005-2006. If you are a scholar, you should respect originality properly. As shown in the letter dated June 11, 2012 below, even after an investigation was conducted by the Tohoku University Headquarters and an apology was issued, the author completely ignored the proposer and did not provide references. It's hard to believe that there are still people who say they don't need it and still claim they were the first to propose it.
